Simi "Malak" Kaur - She was given the name "Malak" by one of her students who said, "You are an angel. A special person sent by God". This beautiful comment encouraged her to use this as her Artist name.

She was born on June 22, 1980. She raised in the United States. Her parents are from Punjab, India. They migrated to the United States in the 1960s.  

She knew education plays a key role in ones life so she went on to earn a B.Sc and two Master degrees. She is a teacher by profession and teach English as a Second Language to high school students and university students.

She began her singing career in 1989 at a local gurdwara. she entered in several Kirtan competitions throughout the East Coast of the United States and was awarded first place by Hazoori Raagis from Golden Temple. She firstly appeared on channel 56- USA in 1989. In 1999, she aired on Dhoor Darshan and also was selected to sing at the Khalsa Day festivals in Washington DC, where she preformed in front of thousands of attendees in the United States capital.

She began singing English, Punjabi, Urdu and Hindi songs in February 2015, as she was determined to step out of her comfort zone and reach others like herself. Others who have faced trials and tribulations through life.  She was also inspired because she wanted to prove that the "ordinary" can use talents hidden within and do "extraordinary" things. First song she sung in February 2015 was a cover of Pani Da Rang.

She recently completed few covers like "Lami Judai", "Tere Bin Nahi Lagda" & "Meri Jindagi Hai Tu" along with videos of "Hold me" and "I'm not alone" which is to bring new hope and faith in humanities.

Her goal is to inspire the disadvantage, minority and victims of domestic violence to stand strong and prove to the world that they too can rise above all and find light even when it seems like darkness is all that exists.

Juicy M is electro and progressive house DJ and producer. She is best known for her videos on YouTube mixing with four CDJ players without using headphones. Juicy M placed among the Top 100 DJs on the Planet by The DJ List poll and Top Deejays global DJ database.

Juicy's early life was connected to music. At the age of five she went to dance courses, then piano class in music school and also worked as a news host on a music TV channel while studying journalism at university.

She began her DJ career in 2007 as a resident DJ in fashionable nightclubs like Orangerea Supper Club, Patipa, and Matrix in Ukraine. The following year, she was the headlining act of the Fashion TV tour. Having participated in the DMC World Eliminations in Ukraine and World Technical DJ Championship in Dubai, she was named “Best Female DJ of the Year” at the 2010 ProDJ Awards in Ukraine. In 2011–2012, she had her first international gigs in Europe and Asia as a hip hop and R&B DJ. She opened for Black Eyed Peas, Backstreet Boys, Afrojack, Jay Sean, Skrillex, and others.

Only 3 weeks prior to being crowned Radio 1’s Superstar DJ Hannah was in the crowd at Ushuaia watching F*** Me I’m Famous’ David Guetta and said to her friends ‘I will play up there one day’. Little did she know that her dream would come true so quickly

Ajit Sarathi, born in Himachal and raised in the city of New Delhi, began his career at an early age as a dj under the influences of old school dance musicians and groups from the late 90’s. His strong candidature as an outstanding dj stems from a blend of his professional experiences and his training in Indian classical music. He is considered by many as the man who contributes his special touch to every party by a mixture of charisma and his particular choice of music. His vast experience as a DJ and his ability to create a journey from deep house to banging techno in his long sets make Ajit a sure-fire crowd mover at any given party.
In his early teens, it was all about Hip Hop to break beats to techno to house. Teenager Ajit grew up to become one of the dj’s slowly introducing music and tracks soon to be known as Progressive house, Tech and Techno. Siddharth Slathia (born 25 July 1991 in Jammu, India) is an aspiring singer from India. He is the son of Mr Kullratan Singh (Official at Jammu & Kashmir Bank) and Mrs Madhu Lata (Teacher in State Govt.).

Siddharth grew up in jammu and went to J.K Public School. At the age of 10, he took interest in singing and gave auditions for the school annual day. His teacher selected him and was very impressed by his voice quality and provided him good platforms to showcase his talent. Siddharth sang in All India Radio and the local channels of Jammu, and also took part in many State level and National level competitions.

After his +2, Siddharth came to the city of Sufi & Qawwals - Jaipur to study Engineering. His college never supported his singing but his friends and fellow-collegians appreciated his singing and encouraged him to pursue a singing career. Aamir Khan's movie 3 Idiots forced Siddharth to think about what he actually wanted to pursue. He left the college and started learning Hindustani Classical from Pt. Kundan Mal Ji.

Siddharth is now studying Bachelor of Music from Jammu University and learning Hindustani Classical from Pt. Bholanath Misra Ji (from Benaras Gharana).

While he was most famous for his rap career, but was also a gifted actor, poet and a thoughtful while outspoken advocate for the poor and the overlooked in America. During his life, he produced an immense amount of artistic work, which included albums, major Hollywood feature films, and published works. He was most prolific in the music industry, selling over 75 million albums. Tupac’s unapologetic lyrics were relevant, important, and reflective of the hard lives led by many. His music earned attention and respect through a poetic style that embraced street vocabulary while being innovative and he is still considered by many to be one of the biggest influences on modern hip hop.

Tupac’s career has earned him 6 Grammy nominations and three MTV Video Music Award nominations. Shakur was honoured by the American Music Awards as the Favourite Hiphop Artist in 1997.

Born on June 16 1971 in New York City, Shakur’s parents were both members of the Black Panther Party whose militant style and provocative ideologies for civil rights would come to influence Tuapc’s music. At an early age, Tuapc’s love for performance and the arts began to show, as he began acting at age 13 and later enrolled in the Baltimore School of the Arts before dropping out at 17. Shakur broke into the music business with rap group Digital Underground as a back-up dancer and roadie. Eventually Shakur released his first solo album in ’91, 2pacalypse Now. Now sporting the stage name 2pac, Shakur’s music career began to grow as his second album, Strickly 4 My N.I.G.G.A.Z included 2 top 20 pop chart tracks: I Get Around and Keep Ya Head Up.

Shakur’s legal battles began after he established his rap career. In the early nineties Shakur faced a wrongful death suit which settled out of court, accusations of assaulting police officers where charges were ultimately dropped, and even an incident where Shakur sustained 5 gunshot wounds from unknown assailants. In 1995 Tupac was sentenced one-and-a-half to four-and-a-half years in prison for sexual assault. However, not even prison could slow the success of Shakur’s career.

While incarcerated Tupac’s latest album, Me Against the World, was number one in the pop charts and would later go double platinum. Shakur become the first artist to reach number one in the pop chart while serving a prison sentence. Making the most of his time in jail, Tupac became an passionate reader. Among his favourites were the works of Niccolò Machiavelli, an italian Renaissance writer whose works were in part the foundation for western political science. Shakur’s appreciation of his work inspired the nickname: Makaveli.

After serving only 8 months of his sentence, Tupac was out on parole thanks to a 1.4 million dollar bond paid by Suge Knight, CEO of Death Row records. Now signed on Death Row records, Shakur went on to create All Eyez on Me, which featured hits How Do You Want It and California Love.

Tupac’s life was cut short in September of 1996 when Shakur became the victim of a drive-by shooting while his car waited on a red light. Inspite surviving the surgery that followed, Shakur was pronounced dead almost a week after the attack.

Even today, Tupac’s musical influence is wide-spread from the library of congress where his song Dear Mama was added in 2010 to the national registry, to artists like 11 time Grammy winner Eminem who in an interview with MTV said:

“He made you feel like you knew him. I think that honestly, Tupac was the greatest songwriter that ever lived. He made it seem so easy. The emotion was there, and feeling, and everything he was trying to describe. You saw a picture that he was trying to paint.”

Tupac leaves a legacy of honestly and passion in his songs. Respected by many, Tupac has become an inspiration for artists and a standard in rap music.
